Your shoulders visibly drop as you step through the arched doorway.
With a cup of tea in hand, you step through French doors at the back onto the sun-drenched patio. Birds are singing, sheep dot the hillside opposite. There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be.
This is Breathe:Be — a restorative, nurturing yoga retreat held over the Summer Solstice, a powerful turning point in the year. Three relaxing days to soften your body, calm your nervous system and let yourself be fully taken care of.

The Summer Solstice marks the halfway point of the year — a moment of light, expansion and quiet transformation. It’s a natural pause to reflect on where you’ve been, where you are now, and how you want to move forward.
Together, we’ll gently harness this energy through yoga, ceremony and spacious time in nature — not to strive or push, but to renew.

This is a restorative and gentle retreat. There is no pressure to perform, improve or keep up.
It is:
- Nurturing, grounding and inclusive
- Spacious and unhurried
- Suitable for beginners and intermediates
- Focused on rest, nervous-system regulation and ease
It is not:
- An intense or physically demanding yoga retreat
- A packed schedule with no breathing room
- Advanced or “performative” yoga

Everything is optional. If you need to rest in savasana for an hour, that is your call, and I will hold that space for you.

All our delicious meals will be created from scratch by our amazing Ayurvedic chef, to support your body and energy throughout the retreat.

I strive to create gentle, intentional spaces for deep rest and reconnection. My approach blends mindful movement, breath, and stillness to support the nervous system and help you return to your natural rhythm — both on and off the mat.
I teach Pralaya style yoga, based on the ancient Hatha practice. Incorporating breath work, vinyasa flows, and slower paced, gentle practice to soothe and calm the mind and body.
My students often tell me they feel better every time they leave class — and that’s what matters most to me.
During the retreat, I’ll be present, available and supportive — gently in the background when you want space, and there when you need guidance or care.
